NO DEAL WITH WEAVER

As of midnight EST, Jeff Weaver & the Dodgers had not reached an agreement. Under terms of the players' contract, the Dodgers won't be eligible to re-sign Weaver until May 1st. Also letting the midnight deadline pass were Alex Gonzalez and Pedro Astacio.
