Miggy Says He'll Stay in Baltimore

Miguel Tejada spoke by phone today with Baltimore Orioles official Jim Duquette. Today was the Orioles' Annual Fan Fest, drawing 10,000 fans to the Convention Center, where fans asked questions of Mssrs. Flanagan, Duquette, Perlozzo & more than a dozen players. Tejada wasn't in attendance today, & hadn't returned recent phone calls from management, but told teammate Melvin Mora he wanted to clear the air. Manager Sam Perlozzo is confident they'll be seeing Miguel on February 21st, for the first full squad practice. Portions of the Orioles Fan Fest were heard on XM Radio 175 & Direct TV Channel 878.
