More attendance disappointment without mentioning gas prices

Tonight on Rays radio, they said crowd of only 13 and a half thousand for last night's Yankee-Rays game was disappointing, and that it was discussed on ESPN PTI. The Rays guy mentions a few possible reasons and believes it will pick up. Says he doesn't think it's a reflection on the Rays team. (Most if not all can agree with that).

• This discussion doesn't mention gas prices which are a huge factor except to billionaires and certain others. The reports avoiding the topic of gas prices continue. More teams should expect declining attendance because of oil prices.
