Tremendous job by Rockies' Aaron Cook & Brewers' Geoff Jenkins on XM

Dibble & Kennedy interviewed these awe-inspiring individuals on their show--Rockies pitcher Aaron Cook yesterday, & Brewers outfielder Geoff Jenkins today. They announce Jenkins has won the annual TONY CONIGLIARO AWARD, given for overcoming adversity with spirit & courage. Aaron came close to dying from a blood or heart disorder resulting in serious surgery. He's been a successful pitcher in the thin air of the Rockies since then. Jenkins has had injuries & surgeries, & is a successful hitter with a contract in a town that doesn't boast many of those. They both sounded like humble, devoted, hard working individuals, & I wouldn't have known their stories without XM Channel 175.
