Zimbalist testimony disallowed in Anaheim Angels name trial

Testimony by Andrew Zimbalist has been prevented by the Judge today. He was expected to supply ammunition for Anaheim, saying the name change would cost them $100 million from 'impressions.' Also forbidden to testify was city contract attorney Jill Draffin. Co-counsel for the city of Anaheim was unperturbed, saying he expects the other side will have experts voided as well.
