Buck Martinez says Yankees "can" spend more---more media lies about Yankees

This is just too simple to disprove. And, not worthy of Buck Martinez. In general conversation this morning on XM, he made the usual reference that the Yankees "can" spend more. First, Buck, many teams "can" spend more, but choose to put the money in their pocket. This has been proved so many times, but why do Buck & others still say it? Because no one stops them. The owners of XM don't stop him. It feeds hate & envy, which is the cheapest way to win people over. Worse, it takes the focus off WHAT IS BEING DONE BY TEAMS RECEIVING REVENUE SHARING? Alan (Bud) Selig put through his grand social policies helping smaller teams. Do you know the names of the owners of these teams & how much they got & what they did with it? Probably not. Also, some players won't go to the Bronx for any amount of money--they don't want the "stress." If they had signed Carlos Beltran, how much would they have paid in luxury tax? $40 million. Why not check out exactly where all the taxes & revenues are going? Answer: Because it's easier to hate someone.
