Warner Wolf chooses Imus over Mike & Mike--Neil Best

Imus made a reference to ESPN 1050's AM drive team with which their program director took issue. Warner Wolf had been doing sports reports for ESPN 1050AM in New York and for the Imus program and was asked to choose one:

• (Neil Best): "Warner Wolf, who since December has been doing sports reports for both 1050 ESPN and Don Imus on WABC,
• has left 1050 on weekday mornings effective Monday after being asked by ESPN to choose between the jobs."

Mr. Best reports Wolf will continue his Saturday morning ESPN 1050.
