Jon Heyman on WFAN with Mike and Chris

Heyman says sportswriters don't like Billy Crystal ("we don't like him"), cites 3 reasons:

• In Crystal's movie, "61," he made sportswriters out to be idiots and cartoon characters.

• In real life while living large in the Yankee clubhouse, Crystal never had time for sportswriters.

• Crystal's lifelong Yankee fandom notwithstanding, he didn't start hanging around with the team until the mid 90's when the team was doing well. Seen more as a "bandwagon jumper."

On to the Red Sox, Heyman feels they can overcome any problems, injuries, etc., saying:

• "The Red Sox are the class of the league."
