NY Times lets you think Grimsley & Stanton were 'named' while Yankees

George Vecsey of the George Mitchell Gazette (aka the NY Times) opens with the usual kind of generalization you see these days about the Yankees. One that's just left hanging there allowing the average busy person to believe one thing when another is true: Also for the record, where does it say anything in the nature of what Andy Pettitte did had anything to do with his performance? Nowhere, except in media innuendo. And directly, without innuendo, 24 hours a day on WFAN as opinion perceived as fact. P.S. It's most pathetic that the Yankees don't even make a few phone calls to politely stop the media from constant lies and/or innuendo about their past or present personnel. Which will continue ad infinitum. It's one reason I won't buy a ticket to see the Yankees. They are oblivious to what's really going on.
