"I don't believe Andy Pettitte."--ESPN radio

One of the voices on ESPN radio this morning between 11:15 and 11:17AM discussing the patron saint's report said, "I don't believe Andy Pettitte." The voices were Kellerman and Kenney and I think they were Kellerman's words.
  • Many who read or write baseball blogs would give anything to work at ESPN, they speak of "sports journalism" like it's a special thing and describe various "dream jobs" one might obtain working at ESPN or other areas of 'sports journalism.'
The ESPN radio host was commenting that Pettitte admitted the part of the McNamee report that pertained to him, which was in 2002 while he was on the DL. He admitted 100% of what he was accused of. ESPN enthusiastically put out that Pettitte's admission was unbelievable because he must've done much worse things.
  • Why does anyone advertise on ESPN or consider working for them would be a "dream job?"
Not to be outdone, WFAN radio host Evan Roberts notes today between 12:05 and 12:15PM, re: Canseco saying Alex Rodriguez should've been in the Mitchell Report, "I believe Canseco, because right now" Canseco has the most credibility on the steroids issue. Evan's co-host, Joe Benigno, didn't comment one way or the other.
