There's Glen Allen Hill, Rockies first base coach

Glen Allen Hill was a Yankee in the later part of 2000, dazzled in the regular season with his 16 homeruns including a grand slam, didn't do much in the 2000 post season, however. Today I see him on tv as 1B coach for the Colorado Rockies.
