Just now on Baseball Tonight, Steve Phillips said, "The Baltimore Orioles were the team hurt most by the World Baseball Classic, they had 5 starters in that," explained how they missed spring training, etc. I thought the World Baseball Classic was a smashing success except for the seasons it ruined for a number of players, their families, teams and fans not to mention millions of dollars lost. I guess Steve Phillips screwed up by mentioning this about the Orioles.
