Shawn Chacon & Yanks reach agreement ahead of arbitration

Chacon agrees to a 1 year deal of $3.6 million plus incentives, having sought $4.15 million against the Yankees' offer of $3.1 million. So he got a little bit out of the negotiations. If anyone deserves it, he does.
