TINO MARTINEZ TALKS BASEBALL

In town for meetings about his future, Tino stops by the ESPN studios to chat. He has some opportunities to play again, but will only do it if it's a city he wants to be in & a team that needs his services. If that doesn't happen, he'll retire. Asked if George Steinbrenner has mellowed over the years, Tino says he doesn't think so--George doesn't hang around the clubhouse, but he follows every hit. Only possible change in George is he's allowed Joe Torre to continue being manager, which was a great decision. In the old days, he was known for constantly flipping managers.
