Orioles' wording on physical exam results changed Burnitz direction

Now, Jeromy Burnitz' agent says the wording in the Orioles contract left an uncertain & indefinite timetable for approving results of the player's physical. This is the reason they decided to talk to the Pittsburgh Pirates about a job. Ironically, it was the Orioles who instituted the player physical contingencies 7 years ago.
