Thom Loverro, Washington Times on the Nats & O's

Pitching coach Randy St. Clair credited with turning Esteban Loaiza around, may help other pitchers on Nats. Stadium issue still very contentious. Huge fan base being put on back burner. The Nat's tv network is even owned by Peter Angelos. How sick is that. Loverro says (as do others) that the Orioles "franchise will never succeed as long as Angelos owns it." He can't even exchange "a box of paper clips," so is not the kind of guy who can make good baseball deals.
