Colorado Rockies finally cancel Nickelodeon Day promotion over reaction to Jason Biggs' gross tweets

Tweets thanking Rockies for canceling Nickelodeon Day, via Twitchy.com "The fallout from Jason Biggs' misogynistic Tweets against the wives of the GOP presidential ticket reached a Mile High pitch today.

The Colorado Rockies had planned to hold a "Nickelodeon Day" at Denver's Coors Field Sept. 23. That didn't sit well with some Colorado residents who were aghast that Biggs, who voices Leonardo in the upcoming Nickelodeon show "Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles," would say demeaning things about both Ann Romney and Janna Ryan.

The Rockies franchise initially refused to bend to public pressure. Today, the baseball team listened to its fan base."
