'Milo Hamilton Way' named for voice of Astros
"Milo Hamilton, the “voice” of the Houston Astros, was in the spotlight Wednesday with a Houston street being named in his honor.

Hamilton is entering his 25th season with the Astros, and has been a Major League Baseball radio broadcaster since 1953. Along the way, he was at the microphone to describe multiple record-setting plays, including
- Roger Maris’ 61st homer in 1961 and
- Henry Aaron’s historic 715th home run in 1974.
He was inducted into the Texas Radio Hall of Fame in 2005 and the Texas Baseball Hall of Fame in 1994."...via Radio Daily News
