Repeat anything often enough and people will believe it, eg. Email mobs run the country.

"(Kevin) Canessa (Jr) added, "And it's Francesa who should know best that in an instant, when a radio broadcaster goes too far,
  • or is perceived to have gone too far,
  • he could be searching for a new job.""
The author of the above statement references the Imus situation, and his assumption that our entire society is now run by privately funded email hate groups. He is correct that anything can happen in a "Lord of the Flies" environment, ie, no one keeping track of and putting a stop to hateful email campaigns.
  • The only reason hateful email mobs have power is because human beings allow it.
  • Falsehoods become accepted as truths if repeated enough times.
  • This should be common sense even to the most braindead.
