Time Magazine not correct about David Justice, 1/14/08

Time Magazine, 1/14/08 by Sean Gregory: This is not correct. David Justice was not accused of using steroids. He was accused of "buying" HGH--NOT STEROIDS--and paying by check. Not included in this article:
  • No canceled check exists from David Justice. (Many other canceled checks are photocopied from the Radomski/McNamee report and were passed along to the Mitchell group).
  • No evidence exists of Justice's purchase or use of HGH (which was supposedly after the 2000 World Series).
  • Justice himself has denied the accusation of purchase or use of HGH.
What should happen is David Justice should sue Time Magazine. The Yankees should make a very public statement about slurs like this, but they are clueless about constant lies in the media.
