Warner Wolf slanders Andy Pettitte on ESPN radio 1050AM

Between 8:45-8:55AM this morning, I tuned in to hear a caller say to Wolf,

• Caller: "You keep saying Andy Pettitte was guilty in 2000 but the Mitchell Report says it wasnt' til 2002."

Warner Wolf: "Yeah, but you don't know that, once he's known to have used he could easily have done it long before. Another guy could've supplied him who maybe just hasn't talked about it....Yeah, that 2000 team you have Clemens, Petttitte and Neagle, now you find out they're were all on HGH or steroids."

• (For whatever reason, nothing further is heard from the caller).

The conversation continues on air between Warner Wolf and someone else at ESPN radio 1050 reading from the report about Clemens.

• Glibly, happily, laughingly, with no fear of repercussion, Warner Wolf on ESPN radio slanders Andy Pettitte.

• THE YANKEES ARE WEAK. THEY'VE BEEN CASH COWS FOR THE OWNERS AND DIRECTORS WHO DO NOTHING BUT USE THEM, THEIR PLAYERS, AND THEIR FANS AS WHIPPING BOYS.

• ONLY WAY TO STOP THIS SINCE YANKEE MANAGEMENT WON'T: YANKEE FANS SHOULD STOP BUYING TICKETS TO ANY GAMES. STOP THIS SADO-MASOCHISTIC CHARADE.

• ANY YANKEE PLAYER WHO CAN GET OUT OF HIS CONTRACT SHOULD DO SO, AS IT JUST FEEDS THIS CORRUPT SYSTEM. INCLUDING ANDY PETTITTE.

• SEPARATE AL AND NL PRESIDENTS MUST BE INSTALLED.

• CANCEL THE WORLD BASEBALL CLASSIC WHICH EXPLOITS PLAYERS WHO ARE ALREADY PHYSICALLY OVERTAXED.
