'BABY RUTH' today becomes the official candy bar of Major League Baseball

Many have assumed there was a connection between Babe Ruth the baseball player and Baby Ruth the candy bar. There wasn't until today, when MLB inked a deal with the treat through the 2008 season. Richard Sandomir gives details in the NY Times article.
