A repellent individual

In his customary whining tone of voice, Allan (Bud) Selig related on the air today how wonderful he was. He thanked Clemens for playing, but Clemens said, "Ohhhhhh, noooooo, thaaaaank youuuuuuu, Bud...." First of all, Clemens is unemployed as a baseball player. He can go around & do anything he wants. Naturally, we all like having baseball games--clue--we've just been through the winter--this is the time we're all most eager anyway---that's why Selig took our players away when he did. This is when we want them most. But, it's always all about Selig, always him getting his way, selling a bill of goods. What's he giving up? NOTHING. What's he paying for all the wealth & publicity he's grabbing for himself? NOTHING. And, anyone who thinks about it knows it. But, most people are lazy, would rather take the easy way. So, a giant, selfish & cruel theft is carried out by this phony good-guy salesman, & you're all being fooled. I don't like bullies even if they come disguised as buddies.
