Rebuttal: Prensa Latina says Cuban Baseball Hurricane Aid Intact

Someone has to decide first if their were any WBC profits--if they're weren't, then apparently the issue is moot. But Cuba says MLB's agreement was to pay them their share as long as it was then given away.
