Orioles All Star 2B Brian Roberts on XM

Brian Roberts on with Dibs & Kevin in the 5:30-6PM hour; they ask him: What do you have to say to players who may not want to come to the Orioles because you play the Red Sox & Yankees so many times? Brian says he really can't understand that response. If you want to play baseball, why wouldn't you want to show how good you are, to play against the best? Sure, it's tough sometimes against teams with big payrolls, but that can happen anywhere. He says he enjoys going to Fenway and Yankee stadium ten times a year, & is looking forward to a good year in Baltimore with Sam Perlazzo and Leo Mazzone; all the talk going on about the team may not be accurate, & he still has tremendous regard for Miguel Tejada & what he brings to the team.
