Dave's opinion is D.C. will eventually agree to the stadium, since it would cost them too much to go to arbitration. Thinks MLB has the edge. On the Jeromy Burnitz/Orioles flap, he thinks Burnitz' agent should've been more forthcoming, eg. if he didn't like the contract language, he should've said so at the time.
