Mentions the Braves wanted to bring in Renteria, but probably couldn't give up enough. Ken still feels Braves are quite smart & will make right moves. Also feels Grady Little is a good choice for the Dodgers. His skill is in getting & keeping a team together, which he did in Boston. Fregosi would've been great too, a more animated persona. He thinks Ned Colletti will be aggressive, & the team is already spending more $ than predicted. Ken isn't optimistic about Clemens & the Astros--McClane is pr conscious, & doesn't want to be seen as chasing Clemens away. Best idea is leave a window open, don't decide today. What about Barry Zito? Ken predicts he'll be traded. Says Beane is an action addict.
