Grady Little on XM

Grady said he'd never met Ned Colletti before being called about this job. Grady wants what's said about the Dodgers next season to be about on-the-field matters, rather than all the other stuff. He says Ned Colletti is a straight shooter, will tell him the truth. Grady made reference to Boston's imposing a "bullpen by committee" on his tenure. The mgmt. then thought a closer did not matter, that the 7th and 8th innings were more important. After Grady left, they brought in an actual closer. The rest, most certainly, is history!
