Last Yankee to hit a grand slam in post season was Ricky Ledee in 1999 ALCS
The last Yankee post season grand slam before Cano's tonight was by Ricky Ledee in 1999 ALCS game 4 v Red Sox in Boston. In the top of the 9th Yankees had a 3-2 lead v Rich Garces. Soon it was 5-2, bases loaded. Pitcher was changed to Rod Beck. Ledee hit a grand slam. 10/17/99. Via Suzyn Waldman on Yankee radio.
