Jorge Posada 'The Peoples' Choice' hits grand slam

One of the announcers referred to Posada as 'The Peoples' Choice' as fans cheered every time he came to the plate. They said it was his 10th 'career' grand slam. The term 'career' doesn't actually refer to a player's career, only his 'regular season' career, so I'm going to check and see if by chance he hit any in the post season.
