Considering the exodus of teams leaving Florida and relocating their facilities to Arizona in recent years,

• the Sunshine State bureaucrats should do everything they can to lure the Cubs to the East Coast.

As one veteran baseball official told me: "All the clubs training in Florida ought to kick in to assure the Cubs a complex in Naples. It would be worth every penny for them, as

• the Cubs will fill all of their parks.""
