Yankee owner publicly throws in towel. No need to buy tickets or watch anymore games.

Hank told the AP they'll be really good next year (I guess he forgot about the World Baseball Classic-who knows what will be left after that). Hank, people will not pay to see this garbage for an indefinite period--you didn't get to #1 in AL attendance until 2003. You will learn it was getting to the postseason every year that sold tickets-not just being the Yankees.
  • P.S. I'd suggest selling the team but only to Mark Cuban. Unfortunately, the MLB boys' club probably wouldn't approve him, as is their privilege via the 1922 anti-trust exemption.
