Francesa sees struggle for leadership within Yankee organization, can't say for sure who the contenders are.

• Heyman: The struggle is Hank vs Hal, they are oil and water. Hank is the voice but Hal is the real power. If there is a struggle, Hal will win and this will be good for Brian Cashman (assuming he wants to stay).
• Hal has always been in Cashman's corner, but Hank was abusive toward him initially. Of the two, Hal actually goes to many more games, gets more involved.

Francesa says Hank's remarks in general are often embarrassing including saying Joba was as good or better than Josh Beckett. There is no evidence to support that will ever be true.

• Heyman: Joba IS the best 8th inning man in the business.
