Through thick and thin

• "With one flick of his thick wrists, Jason Giambi walloped a baseball into the upper deck,"...from NY Times article by Dave Caldwell, 7/3/08.

I've looked closely at the wrists of both the Giambino (top photo) and Brett Gardner (bottom photo). I can't say Giambi's wrists look thicker than Gardner's.

• Therefore, Gardner should be investigated immediately.

(P.S. This is not meta-criticism nor quixotic. Just what I saw looking at a picture). sm
