ORGANIC BEER CREATES MORE CO2--Copenhagen Post

If your MLB team has been commandeered into the alleged "green" theme perhaps featuring "organic beer," this is bad news:

Jakob Majcher, author of the thesis, studied the total carbon dioxide emissions in connection with the brewing of organic and conventional lagers.

  • He concluded that organic beer production emitted 12 percent more gasses than traditional pilsners."
