David Cone--another Selig/Mitchell shill at the YES Network

David Cone is a gold plated sell out with lots of money in his future from MLB/ESPN. Of all things, he's quoted around the world today scolding players, carrying water for Selig/Mitchell, pretty much saying players deserved what they got--that is Yankee players because who's talking about Indians' players--- should've been nicer to Mitchell, ignoring that the Mitchell Report was just a xerox of Radomski/McNamee. The newest YES Network tool said in the NY Times to Richard Sandomir:

• "“Had the Mitchell report been a cooperative effort,” Cone said, “you might have had a different outcome in terms of protecting anonymity and getting some solid answers.”"

THE YES NETWORK AS I'VE SAID MANY TIMES, IS NOT FOR YANKEE FANS. IT'S FOR ESPN FANS. BIG DIFFERENCE. THERE ARE NO CHECKS AND BALANCES IN BASEBALL MEDIA. IN THE CASE OF THE SO-CALLED MITCHELL REPORT, THE ONLY MEDIA SOURCE REPRESENTING A BALANCED VIEW IS THE ROB DIBBLE AND KEVIN KENNEDY SHOW ON XM.
