ESPN continues mass campaign against Yankees

ESPN continues its campaign against the Yankees. It can't be a lack of supervision---their announcers have been doing this for years. Today John Kruk made statements on the Yankee-Cardinals broadcast that were agreed to by his side kick. He said today bench players on the Yankees will never get to play, because regulars play all the time. His partner says yeah, all that money sitting on the bench. This is totally false of course, but an easy lie to get people to be scornful about the Yankees. ESPN, for your information, the following have recurring injuries requiring bench substitutes--1) JOHNNY DAMON--see news accounts today--chronic bad shoulder; 2) Gary Sheffield; 3) Jason Giambi; 4) Bernie Williams; 5) Kelly Stinnett. Others who require occasional substitutes--Hideki Matsui, Jorge Posada, & anyone else who is hit by a pitch or otherwise injured. Benchplayers who made a difference on the field for the Yankees in recent years---Wade Boggs, Jim Leyritz, Chad Curtis, Shane Spencer, Enrique Wilson, Ruben Sierra, John Flaherty, Bubba Crosby, and........Aaron Boone. There are others, but anyone should know these. Unless of course you're ESPN.
