Tony Massarotti doesn't show up

Tony Massarotti of the Boston Herald was scheduled to be on next, but he didn't show up. Why did we hear XM's producer saying "He's coming down the hall," when he obviously was not? They make the whole operation look cheap, and why put Steiner in the middle of this? XM continues to think it's just fine to have immature idiots in the production staff.
