Tribe making tracks for Trevor now that Byrd is in nest

Ken Rosenthal at Foxsports.com reports the Tribe is now on the track of reliever Trevor Hoffman, having signed Paul Byrd to a 2 year deal. They've spent much of the weekend working on an agreement with Hoffman and his representative, and hope to have it worked out by Monday.
