Buck is asked how his job came about. Answer: Gene Orza called him 6-8 weeks ago and asked him. Buck already has a number of coaches lined up. He mentions that Team USA will try to persuade Arod to play for Team USA instead of the Dominican Republic, for which he's said he'll play.
