He holds owners to their words: 2 of them said new stadium would allow them to spend more on payroll. But, they've totally gone back on this, not spending, have limited farm system & prospects. Says the fans have spent their money in good faith, & deserve an explanation. Have just signed lefty reliever Ricardo Rincon, & have offers out to Looper & Dotel.
