We honor our Baseball Veterans

I'm happy to see that XM MLB 175 was honoring baseball's veterans on their morning show. They mentioned numerous players who served in World War II, including Warren Spahn who won a Purple Heart for bravery. Orestes mentioned his family escaped Cuba in 1968 by sneaking into the US through Mexico (having paid smugglers). His parents came to the US with nothing, and Orestes is grateful to them for their sacrifice.
