Red Sox PA announcer Carl Beane interviewed on ESPN radio

4/22/12, Red Sox longtime PA announcer Carl Beane was interviewed on ESPN radio's overnight show with Bob Valvano. Beane has lived in New England, been a Red Sox fan all his life and loves being at Fenway Park. They spoke of the 100th Anniversary celebration then Carl spoke of how things have gone recently. He said part of the problem currently is there are people on the team who don't belong there. He named Matt Albers, Jason Repko, and Nate Spears. The host, Bob Valvano, told Carl he sounded very much like a Red Sox fan. I heard the interview between 1:15-1:23AM, Sun., April 22.
