Cramer missed on Wachovia

I've always liked Jim Cramer, even made a tiny bit of money following his advice a few years ago. But he missed by recommending Wachovia on September 15th. (Correctly, he long ago noted that investment bankers run this country. He didn't seem to think it was a big deal, but of course it is).
