The absolute final straw--the PC Richards Whistle

I've been hearing the PC Richards whistle played from the stadium during games as I listen to Yankee radio (not related to a commercial). This particular whistle is annoying enough in the commercial, but having it play throughout the game at the stadium doubles my resolve to never go to another Yankee game. I found one other Yankee blog mentioning this intrusive whistle (I understand it's about money):
